If you have to have A/C for the kids to play this is an option. The place is very rundown and dirty. Will do on a pinch but use the hand sanitizer liberally.
The manager's follow-up to this post indicating that the facility was disinfected after our visit is appreciated but came too late. Despite our best efforts to use sanitizer liberally, the entire family was sick within two days of visiting Cool Beans. I want to like the place but it simply isn't worth the infection risk.
Once one of the mother's of the children confronted him, he lied about what happened and he began to get upset and a raise his voice. When the mother continued to voice her displeasure with how he treated the children, he called security and blatantly lied to them. He told them she was cursing and raised her voice at him, which absolutely was not the case. Me and about 10 other people witnessed the event and she did nothing of that nature. She was calm and level headed, Steve was the loud and abrasive one.
After escaping the hurricane this week my family and I were looking for a place to entertain my 2 year old for the day...and we found that at Cool Beans! I don't think my son will ever want to leave. Fun space, good food, and awesome owner who was very personable and helpful. Looking forward to coming back as often as we can!
So incredible to come with my with my new baby. Antonio was wonderful and we had a fabulous time! Can’t wait to return often. There was a nice mix of people and activities and staff were playful while they cleaned.
I was skeptical about going here the first time after reading some of the reviews, but I am so glad I decided to chance it and go anyway. Our 2 year old had so much fun and we were able to relax while he played. We've been back twice already and will definitely be going again in the future. Great way for our little one to burn some of that toddler energy!!! As for the comments saying it's a "germ fest, we found it to be very well kept and each time there were employees in the play area sanitizing and keeping things organized.
My family and I will never step foot in Cool Beans every again. The owner is a complete and utter Egotistical liar, who doesn't value his customers and doesn't treat kids with respect.
I had my daughter's Birthday Party there last month. Once the party ended, the older kids were told to leave the play area in a rude manner by the owner Steve. As the kids were putting on their shoes to leave the play area, Steve continued to speak harshly to the children.
Steve you will never get anyone to buy into to your franchise treating people the way you do.
