  This store came highly recommended from a few friends of mine so I thought I would give it a try since they told me there was a great sale. My first impression was awful though. I walked in and no one said anything, not hello, can I help you - nothing. So I wasn't even sure who worked there.. I browsed a few areas and couldn't seem to find where the sale was so I asked a girl that was talking to another girl by what looked like a dressing room. She turned around, looked me up and down and responded "I don't know I'm not on the clock right now." The other girl she was speaking to just pointed to a table in the middle of the store and said everything there is on sale.. So i looked through the clothes and found a few items to try on. I found one dress that was gorgeous but it had no price tag on it, so I asked the girl after I tried it on how much it was. She took the dress shoved it in a bag carelessly and took it to another girl at the register. The other girl then proceeded to ring me up and said that will be $300. no smile, not any other word just that. Come to say I asked if the dress was on sale the girl responds oh yeah it is and tells me it's now only $150…. quite a large mess up to me but I paid for the dress that was crumbled in a bag and left. To say I only wore the hand woven lace high low dress 4 times before a strap on it broke. So although this is the "latest trend" whatever - these self centered and rude young girls are the reason I will never go back into that store. The worst customer service I have EVER received in my life.. and I'm only 25 years old.
