I ordered dining set to put in patio and mattress. They keep messed up with delivery dates, I received one item a month after and the other at 2 weeks after the designated delivery date. We called customer service, we called the store, both of them tossed us around, back and forth between them, trying to blame each other. We came to store in order to speak to a manager. But one of the person there screaming at my husband saying they are busy and not serving us. We only wanyed to speak to the manager. After I received my items, the auto alert kept calling me at 7am, weekday, weekend about rescheduled delivery date. Calling them and again, got toss around between store and customer service. I just want to get off from the automatic alert and have a good sleep. Overall, the worst services I have ever seen, don't order something here, otherwise you would get it way later than you have told, and you get screamed at for standing in line waited to tell the sell guy you need to speak with manager.
My mothers car had some cooling problems and broke down on the highway, She had it towed to the Nearest Pl., Sears. They diagnose the car needed a few simple parts, they quoted her just under $1200 for a job that should have been about $350 or, if it were $500 I would have gotten it done anyway, they charged me$98.36 for the diagnosis and gave me two papers, I left I got home and looked at the papers it only had the year make model of the car no diagnostic. I went back to try to get the paperwork and they gave me a run around for over two hours. They would not give me a written estimate. I found the manager hiding in the back and, finally a it’s OK I’m 45 minutes to write out the receipt trying to creatively justify $1200. I do not have your car repaired here under any circumstance. They were rude and nasty the entire time, young lady tried to give me the parts Need it written on a piece of paper with no dollar amount’s. Horrible!
This is a GOOD Sears. When you step inside, you would think that the Sears company is doing just great. Plenty of stock, shelves are neat, floors are clean, displays are set up well, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Oh, and it's actually full of SHOPPERS!! Yes, there were lines at the checkout and many people browsing merchandise. (A contrast to the pictures of other Sears stores). If all Sears locations were like this one, they might still have a chance.
No hassle return of mower for warranty work.
The only disappointment was that the electronics department is basically non-existent. Just a few TV's, that's it. Looks like they are focusing more on furniture and mattresses, since I saw couches where the sound equipment used to be. That's a shame, I remember buying our first VCR and camcorder at Sears. They could really take advantage of the fact that there isn't really any other place inside the Gardens Mall for electronics anymore.

I showed up at the auto center today, Monday, August 28 right as they were ready to close the shop. I was pretty desperate. The woman running the garage and the young mechanic were both the nicest ever. I can't thank you enough. I hope this posting doesn't go unnoticed. You both deserve recognition for awesome customer care. Thank you.
