Always get in when I am sick. Never wait long. Dr. Dharia and assistants always pleasant and friendly.
The staff are arrogant, mean and ill mannered with lots of attitude. Where do they find these people? They belong in a dollar store ringing people up where no personality or kindness is needy. They do a tremendous disservice to their doctors who hire them. Don't they care?
the admin staff is one of the worst I have ever seen and have left as a result. My wife had an appointment and once she showed up, apparently had a small balance of $76 that a bill was never sent out over a year ago. They could not explain what the bill was and the person who she saw, did not work there anymore. My wife has been there several times in between and there was never any mention of it. They take money over health as a priority. I will say the NP's are great, especially Brianne but its too hard to have to deal with the admin staff who have a complete disregard for patients health. DISGUSTING!
It was my first time at this practice and it was great ! They were all very professional and friendly. I will definitely be coming back here !
Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT GO HERE! The Dr.'s pretentious wife is the office manager and TOTALLY INCOMPETENT! They will charge you for unneeded visits just trying to milk your insurance. I called two years ago 3 times and left several messages for the wife to call me regarding a charge. She never returned one call! She finally was in the office the fourth time I called and agreed not to charge me for their insurance fraud. I came back for a physical 2 years later and she tells me she I have to pay a balance that she sent to collections! UNBELIEVABLE!!!! Someone with an 810 credit score and have never been late for anything! DO NOT TRUST THIS OFFICE!!!!
