The loan process was very quick and super easy because they sent links to my phone to upload the documents and pictures of my vehicle. The customer service representatives were extremely helpful and polite and I had my money that same day.
FInova is a specialty lender. In that regard they make it easy to accomplish what a borrower needs with a seamless system that is easy to access. What makes them different from other on line lenders, in my humble opinion, is the interaction with the personnel and the wonderful helpful nature that makes the customer feel good about the transaction.
It was great to work with Finova Financial. I was in a tight bind and it was Friday night. They were able to help me late into the evening (California time) on Friday night so that I could have the funds I needed Saturday morning. I was a bit hesitant to even start the process since I had never used this type of service before and I was basically handing over a lot of personal information to strangers. All of the reps at Finover were great at putting me at ease and helping me along the way.
I am a firm believer that the people make the company. Based upon the service that I have received from Linda, Kathy and Rachel this company should be able to continue the level of service that I have experienced.

Like all such lenders, one must make really sure that you read and understand the documents and that you try to understand that the money is expensive and should not be used without a definitive exit strategy. With that in mind, however, I would highly recommend Finova to anyone that has a need for such financing.
