This organization is in the business of saving lives. They take it literally. If you're not serious about recovery, getting better, staying clean and reshaping your life to be a better person, this is not the place for you. The staff dedicates their time, their lives to just that. They present you with the tools to do it. But you HAVE TO put in the work. From the director, therapists, management on down to the techs who oversee your development outside of group therapy, this is beyond just employment for them. This is not just an organization that frees you from addiction. And I can't express through words alone how they've broken me down and put me back together again as a better man and through CONSTANT work a better human being!!
After communicating with this facility for over a week were told to be there this morning at 9 AM. We waited at the office for someone to show, no one came. We called the number provided, no one had any idea what was going on and had no information on what we should do. So after driving 4 hours from Tampa we are now on our way back. This business is unprofessional and unreliable. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They do not keep appointments they schedule, this just causes more stress on my fiance who is trying to get better. $18,000 they want for 30 days and can't even run their business.
This is my first treatment facility, with that I would recommend Sunspire, Recovery Road to anyone having addiction issues. Staff is courteous and always helpful. They will help in any case. Staff is educated and open. The facility is well kept. Basic life skills are encouraged and taught. I would send my own family members.
This place is horrible... I called a week ago set up an appointment to send my self in for inpatient rehab MY OWN CHOICE and kept in contact all week with them.. tell me to be at the office at 9 am showed up at 850... No one's here 910 comes I call says they will be there THREE MORE TIMES I CALL AND GET TOLD THEY WILL BE THERE HERE WE ARE AN HR LATER NOW THE OPERATOR TELLS ME HE HAS NO IDEA WHAT IS GOING ON NO ONE WILL ANSWER THEIR PHONES... SO NOT A GOOD PLACE IF U WANT HELP LIKE HOW ARE YOU GOING TO START OUT LIKE THIS????
I was here over a year ago and it changed my life the people are awesome and they did nothing but lift me up and help me succeed I have no one but recovery road and there team to thank for my subraty. If you are truly wanting a better life this place will set you on the right track.
