I wouldn t bring my doberman pincher here for a procedure.
I came into the ER via ambulance a few months ago. I have very mild cardiac issues but also have orthopedic issues wich affect the left arm and left shoulder. I was worried. They were great during this experience. They let me go home BUT only after they made sure it was not cardiac. They were fast as well. We've had all good experiences with the ER.
This "hospital" should be shut down, if your loved one is unfortunately ill Gardens Medical Center will torture the patient and family with confusion while they are getting "treatment" and then the nurses will make a deadly "mistake" during a shift change...
Friday morning nurse in 3 west has a bad attitude. I asked for something for my headache 3 times. They blew me off as if i was asking for crack. I m sitting here with a headache for 3 hours. I asked the nurse about my blood she blew me she was to busy.
Then they will call you (after they already pronounced your brother & best friend dead) and tell you to hurry getting there, and then the volunteers in the ICU waiting room won't buzz you back. Eventually, you jog the longest hallway to a closed curtain and you already know behind it is a reality you never imagined. You spend the rest of the day in the room with your big brothers lifeless body listening to chaos and lies from the doctors and nurses trying to explain what went wrong and how they lost his airway. So, yes we are suing and NO I wouldn't recommend this facility to be anything other than a parking lot. God help us all.
Everyone we've encountered -- well over a dozen people so far -- is warm, caring and refreshingly attentive. Even better, the staff here is HAPPY. You don't realize how far that goes with patient care and interaction until your loved one has been stuck in a hospital where everyone is miserable. That sense of camaraderie is communicated directly to the patients and their families.
Nurses and doctors come find you! In most health care institutions you spend a good deal of time and energy trying to track down medical staff to find out what's going. Here, as soon as they hear you are in the room with your loved one, they come in with a status update.
Stay away!!!! Stay away!!!! Stay away!!! Stay away!!!
Whoever set the priorities here did it right. Maybe it starts with hiring or maybe it starts with their emphasis on communication -- whatever it is, Palm Beach Gardens Medical stands way above the others.
They forgot to do my Kidney Ultrasound. Finally after speaking with Director of the floor the finally got ultrasound done. Ridiculous!
This is the most professional, caring, competent staff of personnel I have ever experienced in any hospital. The doctors were very knowledgeable, imaging was speedy and friendly, every single nurse was an absolute pleasure. Valery, Erin, Francy, Ashley, all of the nurses went above and beyond to always be there for you along with a warm and genuine smile. The food staff was super friendly and courteous and the food was delicious. The cleaning staff was on point, my room was always clean with fresh linens and towels. I can't say enough of how wonderful this hospital is. I will NEVER step foot into another local hospital ever again, and I've been to all the major ones. Palm Beach Gardens stands so far out from the rest. They are truly in a league of their own.
Terrible hospital.. No TV for hours. Staff horrible big time. Management are liars saying they r trying to fix problems. Had a heart procedure done and they r stressing me out.
This is simply the best hospital/medical institution I've come across in 57 years on the planet. Because of family health issues, over the years I've gotten to know hospitals from Miami to Martin County all too well. The staff here is exemplary, from top to bottom.
