Oh my goodness... Erica was a lifesaver. I had already called the marketplace days ago & sat on hold for 40 minutes, then was being helped by someone unsure of the English language but was nonetheless disconnected before much was accomplished. It had gotten down to the wire, the last day to sign up for the 1st of the year health coverage. I called Erica at 11:30pm after being disconnected while on hold for marketplace rep for, again, many minutes. I was stressing.
