Love this theater. Always clean ( bathrooms too). Friendly staff. Good food. They now serve alcohol too. All theaters have big comfy arm chairs.

Second time here this month. In a different theater each time. Each time there has been a musty smell. My daughter commented the same to me. When I walk into the entrance it has a great welcoming feel, but the musty smell has to go. I will give it one more try, but there are newer theaters not too far away. This is the Gardens. I expect the best.

We proceeded to the service desk to ask for our money back and alert the staff to the situation (since nobody was overseeing the room). Low and behold the guy who herded them all in at the beginning was there hanging out with a security guard. He says, "Wow, I was just in there." I don't know where he was, but if he was, he clearly didn't care enough to do anything about the situation or, sadly, thought that was acceptable.

movie theater has closed captioning and reserved seating. great experience but it was extremely cold in the theater which almost made me want to walk out.

The food is waaaaaay to expensive. 20 dollars for a large popcorn and 2 medium sodas. Great ticket discounts. Clean theatre rooms and friendly staff.

EVER.

The WORST movie experience I have EVER had! We arrived at the theater and the lobby was filled with a large group of rowdy teenagers - I'm not talking regular kids having a good time, I'm talking loud and obnoxious where people would turn their heads to see what the fuss was about. They were promptly corralled into the theater area by an 'adult' who seemed to be accompanied by security guards, so we weren't sure if it was some sort of supervised group outing...(we soon learned there would be no supervision) We take our seats, which were assigned, and proceeded to witness the theater fill up with more and more loud obnoxious teenagers / young adults. We stayed in our seats and hoped that they would quiet down once the movie started since we were barely able to watch the previews. During all of this there was not one sighting of an usher or supervisor. We finally decided to leave after the movie started when it became clear the situation was not going to improve - in addition to most of room being loud, there were actually about 15-20 of them still out of their seats AND being disruptive.

We did get our money back and also got passes, but I highly doubt I'll use mine. I'll go to theater where I can actually enjoy my evening.

My mind was blown - I've never seen such a mess in a theater.
