One star because Wednesday is her day off and there is 5 days in the work week. Go on Wednesday to avoid being insulted and treated like trash.

THIS IS THE WORST LOCATION EVER! I have never dealt with such rude people in my life!! The "manager" is the root of all evil at this store and is constantly "snappin her attitude" at the customers! STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION! Your packages will get "lost" or not accepted for whatever reason they can make up! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!
The layde who works there is really unpleasant and don't want to do her job properly, excuse my french but she doesn't give a sh**** to the costumer
Not even worth a star go to ups or fedex I ordered something was supposed to be here on the 12 then 13th then the 14th and I’m still waiting priority mail my ass

The only reason I'm giving them 1 star is that they won't let you leave a comment without clicking on a star but they don't deserve any stars. I stopped to pick up my mail and it took me 40 minutes. They kept helping people behind me they already knew, the employee kept going in the back disappearing for a long time coming back without any answers. It was the worst customer service I've received in a very long time.
