This Chipotle is located in the same plaza as a number of other restaurants (bonefish, forks etc.). We went at 6:30 pm and the dinner rush made it difficult to finds parking. The restaurant was packed and service was slow. I've been at Chipotle before that were similarly packed with a significantly less wait time. Once we recieved our food 20 plus minutes later the food was warm and delicious.
This was my first time at Chipotle. I have to say, alot of the hype is real. Great customer service even though I felt I was slowing down the line, the food was amazing, and the atmosphere was energetic but not overly dramatic. Overall this place is great for a casual dining spot with great Mexican food at a good price. When I'm in the area, I'm coming back!
My food is usually well-prepared and the staff is great. Normally, there are no complaints. I know it's a busy place for lunch, but the staff needs to check online times before pulling orders when they're meant for pick up in the future. My food was ice cold and the guacamole was BROWN by the time I picked up my order. I placed an order at 1:00 to be picked up at 3:00, and apparently my order was pulled at 1:00 and sat on the counter for 2 hours. This has happened twice. Don't offer "convenient" online ordering/pick up if the future pick up time is not honored.

Every single time I eat there I always receive a loud and warm welcome whereas my previous experience with other Chipotles I always felt like I was JUST another customer.. this location has amazing service and their food is so consistent with their amazing flavor. Definitely my favorite Chipotle. I eat here 4 times a week and I’m still not tired of the food nor is the crew tired of seeing my face. It is a must-visit location.
This location on PGA is a hit or miss. Staff is always nice, food is not always good. Today I got 3 bowls to go. Once I got home and started eating we noticed that the black beans were undercooked and hard, too late to drive back and get new ones so I'm very dissatisfied since we had to try and get the beans out as well as we could.
