Increase in individuals living out of their cars in the parking lot. To date, I can recognize 2 possibly 3 vehicles on a regular basis. One caught my attention because of the dumping of a pot full of urine in the morning. Police seem to be aware of at least one and tolerating it.
This is my favorite location in Palm Beach Gardens. They have everything. Very pleasant shopping experience.
Clean and decent parking. No riffraff. I feel safe parking here any time of the day.
Planet Fitness on one end. Publix and liquor store in the middle. Coffee shop and Subway on the other end.
I live right behind the plaza and all the shops and Publix make it very convenient for me, great to have all of that convenience basically in my backyard.
