I love this store, but do NOT like the deli when Tim and Bill are working. They are so so so slow and do not listen to what you request. When I say no papers in between the cheese slices, Tim puts paper! I am afraid that Bill is going to drool on my meat! It's disgusting!! I have to shop somewhere else because of this.

My parents have shopped at this Publix for many many years. Since my dad has passed my mom finds comfort in this store since they spent many hours and memories there together. My mom needed a prescription filled today and could not afford to pay for it until the middle of the month. I called the pharmacy to pay over the phone, they would not allow me, that is their store policy. I called back asking for John the store manager and told him the dilemma and that I lived out of town. John graciously told me not to worry that he would take good care of my mom today. It brought tears to both my eyes and my mothers!! My dad would be happy to know that my mom is being well cared for. It means a lot when you see someone show that extra compassion. Thank you John!! Its been 6 years this month since my dad passed away. It never gets easier, but knowing there are good people like you out there, makes this journey much much easier!!!!
