Absolute horrific experience from the first phone call, after getting my Pomeranian puppy from a private breeder and scheduling her next vaccine appointment a month out at this vet office, my puppy had an emergency visit to a vet hospital while we traveled and was given an antibiotic for a COLD - upper respiratory infection and given antibiotics to be exact; I was told by the hospital to follow up with my vet just to make sure she was better later on. When I called this office back-JoAnn answered with an extremely rude attitude as if she didn't even want to answer their phone and then stated to tell me she wasn't even sure if they could see or care for my dog if my dog may have a flu after I told her she seemed to be fine and doing a lot better and continued to ask very unnecessary questions that had nothing to do with why I was calling and in continuing of cutting off my answering to these questions being very very rude. Needless to say, I cancelled my vaccine appointment and will NOT be contacting them ever again for further care. A dog is something very important to a human and we care for them as our own so I do not recommend ANYONE bringing their lovely pet to this facility for any purpose or care. If I experienced this from just the phone call made, imagine your actual visit!
i have been to a few vets in the area and Dr fondren is the best i have been to.. great with our dog, neat and clean office.. i would highly recommend. we have referred several friends who have good experiences as well
Dr. Fondren came highly recommended by another vet from a different area who felt I needed to find a pet care center closer to my home.
Staff is great...Doc is a no bullsh*t vet. She's been our vet for nearly 20 yrs.
Since then, I have had several great experiences with Dr. Fondren and her staff. Everyone has been friendly and caring. I plan to bring Benji, my Shepherd Mix, back for his check up and his rabies shot.
