They changed owners and obviously staff. They did a terrible job and left dirt in the car. I was over charged for a soso job. Will never go back again. And that is a shame because I loved them before the change.
I'm really appalled by the negative reviews. I'm a car guy, my wife and I both drive luxury European cars and this place by far is the best car wash in Palm Beach Gardens hands down. I rarely do reviews unless the business is really bad or really good. In this case I felt the obligation to give credit where it was due. This carwash does a great job. For 9$ I get an exterior wash/wax along with having them do the tires/rims and I'm surprised every single time. It's not just a good carwash because it's cheap, the quality of the job is well worth going to. I can't go anywhere else. I hope this helps and I really urge you to give them a chance. As far as the customer service, maybe the guy at the cash register isn't the most friendliest, but I can't say he's been mean or rude, I just think he isn't the most social but I wouldn't hold that against him nor the business. I highly recommend this place. Good luck everyone, I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

Oh my goodness this was the disappointment of my day I only went here because Earl Stewart Toyota gave me a coupon for a free wash after my oil change at Toyota. This car wash was so low-tech they didn't even have the conveyor pulley to pull your car through the automatic washer they had a driving through real slow it was comical I've never been to such an establishment the cheapest car wash at the back of a local gas station is better than this place I was just hoping my car wasn't going to come out scratched to death
