Took my truck in for the ultimate carwash and they did an amazing job! The manager even took the time to remove a small stain from my front seat.I was very impressed and extremely pleased with the service I received here . Thank you
This is not worth the money or the hassle. We were members for a couple of years and the service continually went downhill. The owner, Kevin Dalton, inserted himself into a customer service issue regarding the continual poor service at the Northlake Blvd location as our emails and concerns had gone unaddressed and we wanted to cancel our membership. He offered a host of excuses and a discounted option to retain our business but when we agreed to move forward he ceased all communication (it's been two weeks). Bye.
I isually bring my car in here. I payed for the deluxe wash. I was specific about the seats being cleaned. They weren't until I asked then to again after they turned in the car too me. Didn't do what I asked them to. Also they left the car running with all 4 doors open and the AC on to the max and waste 9 miles of gas.... definitely not coming back here.
This place is amazing! You really get a bang for your buck! Every time I go in I usually get the Ultimate Wash that covers pretty much everything. It's very fast and efficient. If you ever have any problem with a spot that they missed all you have to do is tell them and one of the two to three people that have been working on your car will clean it. They also give you a 48-hour rain check guarantee!
I signed up for the unlimited wash club a year or so back. Since then I have moved and have requested multiple times to have the service cancelled. I have paid over $350 in fraudulent charges. The only communication I received back was from Kevin Dalton denying me trying to contact him and ensuring me someone would contact me to get it fixed. Still no response and another charge to my credit card. Great car washes, horrible management.
