My 2009 Mini looks like new inside...and "almost" like new on the outside..... (My office parking lot has taken a bit of a toll..) The car is shiny and immaculate. What I would expect ....while I paid for a full detail, when I came to pick it up they were working on removing surface scratches from my outside mirrors..this I did not expect....Very happy with their work. They devoted 2 1/2 hours on a slower day, hopefully the day doesn't determine their excellence. I was very pleased....

Was denied a car wash..staff is rude And can't even speak English..they try to upsell you on the most expensive wash..The owner is as ignorant as his staff..I recommend going anywhere but here...save your money this place sucks
