6 months and still no wall unit. They now have all my money since Sept. 30th. 1st time and last time ordering from them. Customer service after they have your money is nil. Disgraceful service from an expensive store.....particularly in an upscale area like Palm Beach, FL. A friend of mine had the same issue with Arhaus in another state.....many similar complaints posted from other customers also; clearly this company has fulfillment issues. I've ordered from 3 other companies in the interim and have rec'd all my furniture timely. Better off at Ethan Allen...they know how to treat their customers.
A big company with small business attitude. Furniture shopping can be daunting, but this experience was unlike any I've ever had. Management is extremely hands on and they actually genuinely care about absolute customer satisfaction. Daniel the store manager of the WPB store went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with every detail and nuance of my purchase. Not to mention the furniture is both stylish and very well built. I would be hard pressed to shop elsewhere!
