These guys are horrible if you have a problem! Do not do business with them.
We purchased three pieces of Flexsteel furniture from this dealer last May. A seam opened on the loveseat and I contacted them. They asked me to send them pictures which I did. They contacted a local repair person and sent me an email on Dec 18 of 2012 stating that they were waiting on Flexsteel to authorize the repair. I have called them and left messages I have emailed them several times, I have emailed flexsteel and have gotten no further response. This should definitely be covered under the Warranty which is one year. The most frustrating part is they have not responded to any of my calls or emails.
