As if that wasn't enough - she then came in 2 days later (she saw to expedited delivery) on the date my watch delivered to the store (which was also her day-off) to ensure a personal sizing for me, to instruct me on setting it properly based on its particular caliber/movement, to provide me details on my warranty, and to ensure my complete satisfaction before leaving the store.
I cannot recommend her or the Palm Beach Gardens Mayor's store enough. In fact all sales associates were warm and inviting - and made me feel welcomed and important.

My fiance and I were looking to purchase engagement rings and made the rounds to various jewelry stores the past few weeks. Even though we saw something we liked at Mayors that was a decent price, the service was terrible. The associate seemed like she did not want to be there and the attitude was very off-putting. The attire of the associate was also incredibly inappropriate and unprofessional. It is one thing to appear to be a high end jewelry store, but that should mean the customer service is at an all time high--not the other way around. We decided to buy elsewhere and I will probably never shop at Mayors again. There are plenty of other places with good jewelry and much better service.
I will never purchase fine jewelry from anyone else...
My sales professional - Patricia - was as kind as she is professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and accommodating. She spent a good hour with me while I poured over various Rolex models and executions - and when it appeared I couldn't decide on the right one because of the multitude of choices and options - she then toured me online and contacted various other Mayor's stores until I found the exact model with the style and features I wanted, and I was completely happy and certain with my particular selection.
