Do not waste your money here! These are very sneaky people. It was my first time buying jewelry and i'm not even sure it was real, I went back in and asked...it looked nice in the store, but i had it cleaned at the store and it just doesn't look the same.... I am going to take it to get a second opinion. I am very disappointed with the quality of the jewelry and the extra poor customer service. On top of that, there are lots of HIDDEN FEES. They keep adding charges to my account, there are so many, WHY?!! I could have bought 2 more pieces of jewelry somewhere else with all the extra charges!!! This is the worst place ever!
Worst experience ever!!! Sales rep tried to trick me into signing up for their credit card. I told them no i dont want it anymore and they said to bad its too late. Total bull crap! Worst customer service and dont even waste your time and money going there for your valentine's or anniversary gifts. Worst place ever!
Sounds like most of you should be shopping the pawn shops. If you can't afford it, go there. I've been shopping here for over a decade. Two sales reps have been there and done great service. Some new ones are also very friendly. Leave your sad lives, lies, and loneliness off the web.
Switched diamonds in an engagement ring when we had them size the ring. Trying to prove this theft is very difficult.
Do not buy anything from Zales. They do a horrible job engraving rings. They are uneven engravings and have random lines through the engravings. Also, they do not accept returns on engraved rings. They do not tell customers that before hand and when confronted about it they say that it is written in the receipt which is provided after purchasing the engraving................ The customer service is unbelievably bad and their employees are apparently sneaky. They will steal your money. Do not buy anything from Zales.
